pk86 Terms & Conditions

1.1 To register an account and use any real-money services on pk86, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. pk86 strictly prohibits access to its gambling services by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

1.2 You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted unless expressly authorised by pk86 in writing.

1.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) active pk86 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk86 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or bonus funds pending investigation.

1.4 pk86 requires identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may be required to provide supporting documents such as proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period requested by pk86 may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unverified bonus funds.

1.5 It is your sole responsibility to confirm that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan before registering or depositing. Online gaming laws and regulations vary across Pakistan's provinces and federal territories. pk86 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for your participation in breach of applicable local laws.

1.6 By registering a pk86 account you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify pk86 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

2.1 Your pk86 account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 pk86 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from pk86 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk86 support immediately.

2.3 You must notify pk86 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. pk86 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify pk86 promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.

2.4 Sharing your pk86 account with any third party — including allowing another person to place bets using your account — is prohibited. All bets placed through your account are your sole responsibility regardless of who physically placed them.

2.5 You must not access pk86 using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any software designed to circumvent normal user access. Such activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.1 pk86 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3.2 All funds deposited to your pk86 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method only. pk86 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where there is a significant discrepancy between deposit and withdrawal methods.

3.4 Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days. pk86 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by your financial institution.

3.5 pk86 reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction fees from withdrawals where such fees are incurred by the platform. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier section prior to withdrawal confirmation.

3.6 pk86 operates a closed-loop policy where possible — withdrawal of funds will be processed back to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative registered method will be used.

3.7 Real-money deposits are not refundable once placed into your account. If you wish to dispute a transaction, contact pk86 support within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

4.1 All bets placed on pk86 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. Cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and arcade products each operate under their own rule sets displayed within the relevant game or market interface. By placing any bet, you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

4.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pk86's system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the user unless explicitly permitted by the specific game rules (for example, in certain pre-match betting scenarios where early cash-out is available).

4.3 pk86 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Affected players will be notified and their stakes returned in full where a bet is voided.

4.4 pk86 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual/RNG casino games. Live dealer games stream from professionally audited studios. pk86 does not manipulate outcomes and maintains its game integrity certifications as a condition of its operating agreements with game providers.

4.5 pk86 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, either platform-wide or on specific markets or games, at any time without prior notice. Bets placed in excess of these limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum at pk86's discretion.

5.1 pk86 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions which will be stated at the time the offer is presented. These general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account balance in accordance with the wagering requirements specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

5.3 pk86 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. In the event that a bonus is cancelled before its wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from your account but any winnings already converted to real money balance will be retained.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any winnings obtained through such abuse.

6.1 pk86 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

6.2 pk86 provides the following responsible gaming tools which all registered players may activate at any time from their account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits
• Session time reminders and automatic session timeouts
• Cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion (closes your pk86 account and prevents re-registration for a defined period)

6.3 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to contact pk86 support to activate self-exclusion immediately. pk86 takes self-exclusion requests seriously — once a self-exclusion is in place, pk86 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent you re-registering under the same identity during the exclusion period.

6.4 During a self-exclusion period, pk86 will endeavour to suppress promotional communications to the excluded account. Players who circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account during an exclusion period do so in breach of these Terms and risk permanent platform bans.

6.5 pk86 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures — including mandatory deposit limits or temporary account locks — on accounts showing unusual activity patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the player's prior consent.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk86 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Opening more than one pk86 account per individual
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using pk86 to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times
• Accessing pk86 on behalf of another person for commercial gain or as part of a syndicate

7.2 pk86 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for suspicious patterns. Players identified as engaging in prohibited activity will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. pk86 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending the outcome of such investigations and to share relevant information with law enforcement authorities where legally required.

8.1 All content on pk86.lat — including but not limited to the pk86 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of pk86 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk86 content without prior written authorisation from pk86.

8.3 Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games hosted on pk86. Use of game content outside the pk86 platform is prohibited without the express consent of the relevant provider.

9.1 pk86 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk86 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous service availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk86's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of pk86 — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of your net deposits to pk86 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 pk86 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.1 pk86 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspicious account activity, including patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering
• A valid self-exclusion request by the account holder
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months of zero login activity)

10.2 In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and forfeited where the breach is confirmed. In the event of closure for reasons unrelated to a player breach (for example, regulatory exit from a market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10.3 You may request closure of your own pk86 account at any time by contacting support. Withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance prior to closure is recommended. Pending bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk86's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable under Pakistani law where they are applicable to you.

11.2 In the event of any dispute between you and pk86 arising from your use of the platform, you agree to contact pk86 support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. pk86 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

11.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by pk86's licensing authority. pk86 will provide details of the applicable escalation procedure upon request.

12.1 pk86 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation and must take effect immediately.

12.2 Your continued use of pk86 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pk86 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.

12.3 The version of the Terms in force at the time a bet is placed governs that bet. Disputes regarding bets placed before an amendment took effect will be resolved under the Terms in force at the time of placement.
